Re: [dance-tech] wiring the body for sound

bret,

boy thats a tough one. not because sensitive mics dont exist, but
because of the problem of keeping them still and "quiet" on the body
_while you are dancing_.

we worked on this when we first started out -- it was one of our
first ideas. i wanted to make the usually inaudible creaking sounds
which joints all make, and even digestion sounds, audible. We met
with Siemens medical technology experts and looked at all kinds of
cool stuff, including incredibly sensitive microphones. as long as i
was lying still, really still, they worked great.

well, i'm sorry i cant be more helpful. i'm curious to see what you
come up with.

with friendly regards,
robert
